Our Story
Hi! I'm Zoe Peckich! I'm a Pastry Chef who lives in Pittsburgh, PA.
I grew up in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, where I developed a love for baking and sweets, inspired by visits to local sweet shops like Sarris Candies.
I attended Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, where I received my degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and majored in Food and Beverage Entrepreneurship. Throughout college, I worked for large companies like The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas as an intern, and Chobani as a traveling trade show chef. After graduation, I studied abroad in Italy to learn how to craft artisan gelato.
I worked as an Artisan Chocolatier out of school and eventually became the Pastry Chef at two outstanding restaurants in Pittsburgh, Monterey Bay and Ritual House.
While in my professional career, I had the great fortune of competing, and winning the first season of the Food Network's Summer Baking Championship in 2023.
Over the years, I have found my passion creating custom cakes and desserts for special occasions. So I left the restaurant kitchens and started my own business called High End Sweets in Mt. Lebanon.
My clients can expect unique, customized cakes and desserts based off inspiration or my very own creative touch.
